Great place to work, but not fair in some points. Has a common practice to dismiss percentages of employees frequently.
Pros
- High possibility to learn new things. - Employees very optimistic, friendly, and always willing to help or teach you in something.
Cons
- Every 2 years, more or less, if the economic situation is not good, most employees are dismissed without mercy. It is a common practice. - Children's rivalry with Movile in terms of hiring interns. - Dextra can hire more interns than Movile, but many of them are unprepared and without compromising with the quality of the developed software. - In the hiring process they announce how easy is to get changing level and salary increases, with possibilities in each acessment (which occurs every 6 months), but in practice does not happen that way. It takes years of work to achieve the next level or have salary increases. -The benefits package are very poor. R$ 500 to split between health care, dental care, meal ticket and transportation.
