      Too high of a workload

      Great colleagues. Enjoyable socials. Lovely office. Hybrid working.

      Cons

      It is very clear who the favourites are. Workload is way too high for paralegals, lots of colleagues working until late at night just to keep on top of work. Not much support given when overworked.
