None, not a single pro other than a paycheck until you reach your limit.
Cons
everything. RUN (everyone else did). I loved it at first but the narcissism came out consistently. Multiple employees have been berated, subjected to racism. There needs to be a clean sweep of this office. I don't know how this is continuously tolerated. There is a complete lack of training and gross negligence of employees by the supervisors. No employee support.
