      DI has flexible working environment.

      Cons

      Poor leadership and management. There aren’t any KPIs and it feels like senior management have no idea what is going on in the teams. They want to be seen as doing important work but what impact are they actually having? There isn’t a lot of opportunities for career progression. They advocate for transparency but they aren’t very transparent with members of staff.
