Benefit package is very expensive and really limited Very few opportunities for promotion and upward mobility

Great co-workers; Good Vacation Time accrued

Cons

Managers go into action after an incident rather than taking suggestions to prevent the incident. There's a lot of 'favoritism' rather than promotion of the best candidate but it's not something that can be proven.
