There are great opportunities to learn and grow in your field, especially if you're new to the industry, with added exposure to the tech world. The company is quick to innovate and adopt new software, but only when it's driven by the COO or CEO.
Cons
- The process for everything—from organizing classes to launching campaigns—is highly disorganized. - The founders are unreliable and not open to new ideas or suggestions from employees. - I went unpaid for three months because they 'forgot'. - They create unnecessary pressure that impacted my mental health.
