Cons
A young company with inexperienced management, frequent changes to organizational structures, processes and employees. I was forced to change roles to a new position in the company then laid off 6 moater because financial goals weren't being met and my role was not necessary. I was not the last person hired. I was told just the previous quarter that the new role was the best thing they ever did.
