Look elsewhere. They make promises they do not keep concerning money owed, work environment, etc. Shady

Promises made to staff are not kept, absolutely no training or opportunities to grow. Overall a huge lack of respect coming from the top that trickles downward. This company does not treat their employees with respect therefor there is a huge turnover rate within the company. Most people do not stay more than a year as an example a lot of people hired during COVID left during COVID. As a female, my experience is that the company culture is very sexist and the women are given fewer opportunities than men. Lastly, this company refuses to provide proper resources and due to high turnover you will most likely not being doing a job you were hired/qualified to do because they will always be understaffed. This company uses “growing pains” as an excuse for the every thing, but the truth is is that this is a poorly managed company with no regard to their employee well being. Last note is that I truly regret not taking these Glassdoor ratings with much regard because I would have run far far away from working at DevTech.
