Pros

There are good people who care about their work and clients who are working at DevDigital. Unfortunately it is not appreciated nor rewarded.

Cons

Management is the worst and it reflects on employees as well as clients. With management's inexperience, there is no one to lead, guide and mentor employees. There is no reward for working hard and being an asset to the company. Higher ups do not care about clients only selling and money. If an employee brings in money you can create all the drama and disruption you want.

This organization cares about their employees like family. Collaborative work environment that allows its employees to flourish in various areas even outside of their job role.

Cons

No yearly raises. No metrics to measure performance, but they do have a new COO and PMO that will be resolving this in the near future.
