I have had my wildest nightmare coming live while working with Dev Technosys LLC. I hope nobody has to face anything even close to this in their career. This company is a very confused company with respect to what they expect of their employees. I was interviewed for the post of Business analyst but my work was not even closely related to it. I was being told not to worry about target as this sounds apt as BA dont do so, but i was being forced my TL and managers to achieve the target else I can be at a risk of losing the job. There was no prior training provided by the company during the joining and pressure for target were placed from day 1. The team lead had no knowledge or understanding towards the concept of work ethics or personal space. I was mentally tortured by the managers and HR even post working hours and during weekends. They had the audacity to suggest that I should cut my hair on multiple occasions which is an absolute insult to my faith as I am a Gursikh. The Company’s management is beyond the scope of repair, but hope they treat people they hire deservingly guided by some ethics and morals.

Working Hours too long but manageable.
