      Pros

      No need to worry about work-life balance when there’s no life left after work.

      Cons

      A unique financial wellness program where employees get to practice living without a predictable paycheck. Daily office travel feels like an exciting investment with uncertain returns. Work-from-office helps build resilience, while work-from-home could at least help us save enough on commuting to survive until the next salary arrives. The company has taught us budgeting, patience, optimism, and creative ways to stretch a wallet farther than we ever thought possible.
