They are located next to a car wash - so after a day of ripping off other firms designs - its best to run through it.

Cons

-Designs are often stolen off of Pinterest. -Become part of the furniture, loose all inspiration & passion for design - become incompetent like the management.

Very little to non-existent employee value/consideration/appreciation. Environment is plagued with toxic personalities and overinflated egos. Promotes unhealthy competition between teams and individuals. Staff frequently suffers from over-exhaustion. Overtime is terrible. Non existing Work-life balance. Complete disregard for proper industry standards. Project management is chaotic and gangrenous. Questionable human resource management.
