They make you use your PTO/ESST/UNPD when they need to shut the plants down. Example December 23rd 2024 they will be doing updates to the computer system so they are shutting the plant down and not paying us. Our manager told us if we don't select in our paycor whether or not we want PTO/ESST/UNPD they will just go in and select it themselves.
