The people you work alongside are nice but have to put up with a lot from the owner which causes a lot of stress
Cons
Everything else, CEO has a terrible temper and is very unpleasant to work for

Working alongside great people, some limited opportunities to progress
Cons
The CEO is very unprofessional, with many interns coming and going, half the time in tears, low pay, multiple people being let go after they had booked holidays, inappropriate comments made to staff, being yelled at for not being at your desk at 9am on the dot
