      The culture is brilliant Fantastic people Good product and onboarding process Great training provision

      Cons

      CEO was a good leader and inspiring but often cryptic in some of the things he expected of his people. For example sending out a document or a youtube video and then expecting everyone to respond with an essay about the importance of this and what they have learnt. On top of focussing on delivering their day to day roles. Company potentially grew too quickly. That I had to leave!
