Really great mission. Not as cutthroat as other companies I’ve worked for. Cares about employees and structure of organization makes it a government org that doesn’t suck money for endless projects.

Cons

Pay for entry level employees feels low.

Everyone was very supportive and I learned a lot in this position. Great coworkers.

Cons

Working night shift is hard but it is necessary for 24 hour operation.
