Culture doesn't always put people first, automotive industry can be ruthless, DENSO struggles to say no, bonus isn't great anymore, EV car future is scary, lots of silos and barriers to get things done, decisions and projects are very slow moving, health insurance keeps going up, lots of old school managers not willing to change or adopt work from home as the new norm, management is way overworked.

Lack of communication between management and associate

Change does not seem welcomed by management. Input not taken seriously.

Bad pay and bad management

Fast pace work environment. You need to be good in time management and make quick and logical decision

Management is not always the best

To much work load and no support from senior management. Very poor communication from top management regarding expectations, work issues and their decisions.

Work Life balance is sometimes a struggle.(although it has improved)
