Good coworkers and okay benefits (Medical, dental, 401k)
Cons
Lack clear division of labor or any responsibility, upper management is so far removed from their locations that oversight is abysmal. Cares more about money brought in every month than any of their employees, administrative positions specifically. Morale is low if it exists at all. Makes billions a year but pinches pennies when it comes to paying everyone except the technicians. Allows for bullying behavior from technicians so long as they are making good commissions. Overworks their staff and corporate has a crazy high turnover rate as this job is a lot of work for little pay and zero gratitude.
