Pros
Very casual environment, cool coworkers, fun early Fridays at local spots for happy hour pretty often, awesome founder who is very passionate about what he builds. Good pay; bonus profit share for all employees.
Cons
CEO is borderline abusive and has very questionable integrity. Very much a startup company even 4 years in; no real structure to their systems which can be confusing and really bad for growth.

Pros
Fun, Exciting, Challenging, Rewarding - and most importantly the most AMAZING team environment. Wonderful benefits, constant employee recognition and competitive compensation packages.
Cons
Some may see change as a Con, but I enjoy it! As with any new business there is change and course correction - just smart business practice and often necessary to grow and evolve.
