Great training program to learn the role and clear communication regarding updates with products, services and company.

Cons

Fast turnover, high expectations, constant marks for going over or under call and hold times, constant meetings to discuss your improvement and not enough pay

Only reason for 2 stars is a few friendly colleagues. They trap you with the family approach. Large company. Corporate is nice.

Cons

Low pay. Poor leadership. Favoritism. Drama. I would say branch ops is the worst department.
