Helped many people, located in close proximity to donors which was convenient for everyone, proactive development efforts
Cons
Sr. Management out of touch with staff and beneficiaries, lack of diversity in management compared to who is served, so felt like exploitation sometimes, no verification measures in place to ensure recipient charities are selling the donations, need new, and siloed departments.
