      Easy to work your way towards more responsibility. Exciting bonus plan. Open about goals.

      Cons

      Management lacks proper respect and professionalism. Constantly gossiping and pushing. Schedule is almost always overwhelming. If you complain you are basically told to suck it up.

      Interesting Industry, Even Better Company!

      Pros

      I had zero experience in clinic research before I started with DelRicht. The industry itself is so interesting and exciting. But the even better part is that DelRicht is a phenomenal organization. DelRicht does a really great job of training its employees and continuing to develop everyone throughout their entire careers here. They consistently solicit feedback many times during the year, specifically during quarterly reviews and with company-wide surveys. And they actually take all feedback into consideration. This, along with the fact that they truly care for their employees, is a direct contributor to the exponential company growth I've seen over the past year and a half. If you're looking to work in a fun industry with a company that has a lot of personal growth opportunities, DelRicht is the place for you!

      Cons

      Honestly, not much to share here. You do have to have a positive attitude and a good work ethic to be successful here, so if you're not willing to go the distance, to stay late on some occasions, to help your co-workers when they struggle, this may not be the place for you.
