Pros

Autonomy, learning, great people and a great culture. I have opportunity to work in all areas of 46 different organizations across multiple industries.

Cons

Starting over every three to four months with a new client, new personalities, etc was certainly always a part of life at Definity. Some years also required significant travel and time away from home.
