      Unlimited PTO, Reasonable work-life balance, most coworkers are decent.

      Cons

      Do not trust the long term plan for success that the higherups have laid out. They will not stop talking about how we are he best around as if that will make it true - they often get called out for this. Stock price is always on a steady downwards march. They claim to be doing many things to allow for career growth but many people do not receive clear paths or meaningful feedback.
