      Great culture and flexibility, but product issues and workload per consultant hinder success

      Pros

      great people and culture, trust is given from the beginning. You have great flexibility over your schedule around meetings.

      Cons

      As a consultant you are sandwiched between the product and the client, and your ability to provide insight and help the client is based on a software product that often fails to deliver, for various reasons : what has been promised/sold to the client, the client's requests, and simply lack of/malfunctioning of features.

      Smart people to work with, great CEO, great C suites, amazing clients, lots of freedom in day to day tasks: you will learn A TONE per minute!

      Cons

      Long hours, could be stressful, very exigent clients, high level of details, not enough people per client account, salaries are average
