Pros

I can't find one single pro about this company other than single second of joy when you receive your salary

Cons

You can't find more than 2 people in the company who has worked more than 10 months. And These 2 people are the founder of the company. In 3 weeks time, more than 10 people are hired and fired during this time. There is zero respect to the people, Management think that they are enslaving you once you sign the contract. Some people resign from their old companies to be fired in the same week. They never send you the contract until your first day. Once I read the contract it was too late. Even from the contract you can immidiatly feel that this is more like enslavement contract. The person on the top we call him dictator , is mentally crazy , can't speak english properly, can't listen at all. Only insult people and threaten that "I will fire you ". He doesn't bluff. he does fire immediately . I can really write a long cons but just my advise any cost avoid the company

Thank you for sharing your perspective. We do not recognize the personal characterizations in this review, and we cannot discuss individual contractual matters in a public forum. DKG is a high-performance, project-driven organization working on complex DeepTech, AI and analytics initiatives. The environment is demanding and fast-changing, and it is not the right fit for every professional. We continue to strengthen onboarding, contracting clarity, communication and expectation-setting so candidates and contractors understand the pace, standards and performance requirements before joining.

Pros

You learn a lot about how the industry works. Relatively easy employment. For your work here, you will get many, VERY many experiences in different areas because you will have to do the work of several different professionals at once.

Cons

Terrible management. Misunderstanding some things and overestimating other things. Insults, shouting. Overwork. Lack of monetary motivation for this level of overwork. Delayed payments. HUGE DELAYS IN PAYMENTS.

Thank you for acknowledging the breadth of experience available at DKG. The work can involve fast context-switching across sectors, technologies and deliverables, which can be valuable for some professionals and demanding for others. We do not discuss individual payment or management matters publicly, but any contractor with a specific unresolved finance or contractual concern should raise it through the formal finance/legal channel for review. We continue to improve planning, communication and expectation-setting around intensive project cycles.

Pros

You can discover tech market deeper, you can develop skills from being total zero (hello students) and try yourself on various roles

Cons

The place has ill work environment that will make you burn out in 3-6 months. There is no structure, plan or consistency - you will frequently face that your efforts and work was actually done for nothing. You can also expect that sometimes executives will not want to give you salary for unconfirmed reasons or would like you to work day and night. You can also be abused by CEO and if you ok with all of that - this place is for you.

Thank you for recognizing the opportunity to learn, develop skills and work across technology markets. We do not comment on named individuals or confidential contractual matters in public review threads. DKG is a demanding, fast-moving environment with high expectations, and this can create a challenging experience for people who prefer more predictable structures. We continue to strengthen project planning, role definition, communication and escalation channels so the intensity of the work is better supported by clear processes.
