Pros
- Coworkers are friendly, caring, professional, and incredibly experience and knowledgeable. Very refreshing work environment. Smaller company, so you get to know everyone and work with all departments.
- Training is intense, but thorough; work location is flexible for staff. Once I could exhibit that my training was complete, I was allowed to work from home on a regular basis.
- Daily workload is... well, a lot, but in a good way. It's a small company, so everyone ends up wearing a lot of hats. Self-motivated people do well in this company. Leadership doesn't bear down too heavily and isn't too results-driven, so stress level is typically low. Work-life balance is amazing.
- Management/owner is incredibly transparent. They don't manipulate or hide anything from staff or consultants. Very reliable and honest, almost to a fault.
- I'm encouraged to learn while on the job, which is wonderful. I get to strengthen my resume while at DTS. They're all about self-improvement.
Cons
Honestly can't think of anything.
