      Pros

      Dean Group offers its staff a lot of flexibility including working from home. Employees are not micro-managed; allowed completed freedom to manage your desk.

      Cons

      In order to flourish at the Dean Group, you must be able to work without a lot of direction; environment is unstructured so need to be self motivated.

      Dean Group is a very pleasant place to work, The environment, staffs and location in general is great. The recruiters are not only concerned with filling the Jobs but also correcting and assisting Job seekers to find the right fit.

      Cons

      If you are not a team player then this is probably not the right environment for you, The teams is focused on working together to achieve a common goal.
