Great Company-- one of the few left with morals and good business ethics. Work/Life balance is great, regional managers care about their team and company as a whole. Corporate office and HR is one of the best without a doubt. Majority of the employees are kind and knowledgeable -- Good Pay- fair all around.
Cons
Product Manager(s) and marketing need to be more involved in the industry and competition. Need more innovative products to match the competition. Still doing a lot the "old school" way-- need to get updated.
