Pros
Most coworkers were great. Corporate provided fun things for employees every so often.
Cons
Management could be improved. Some managers were hard to work with and their managers did nothing about it.

- Subsidized cafe - coworkers are friendly - Stable work, no worries of layoffs or downsizing - People stay for years - Average benefits ( Medical, Dental, Life, 4% 401K Match) - Family comes first - Can easily talk to upper management if necessary
Cons
- People stay for 15+ years, innovative or diverse ideas are very rarely discussed - everyone is around 40-50 years in age, very little of young or diverse people - knoxville/east TN mindset - Constant gossiping - expect to work 5+ Years for any promotion
