Top medical device company, overall a good stepping stone for someone trying to get into device
Cons
- Extremely low pay and attitude from other reps and everyone to “Just put in your time” while making $50K in most expensive city in America - No new products - Always making the wrong move for reps and customers - Upper level management is constantly tearing down reps and treating everyone as if they are the rep who doesn’t actively sell anymore i.e. commission cuts year over year - so many territories left empty after company wide decision to merge that completely ruined business - Treat us differently than other business units, reps at Janssen do not work 24/7, on call constantly for cases and for any surgeon needs. We work constantly
