Pros
Good experience for B2B environment. Immediate Vacation time. Hands on opportunities. Benefits are decent. It's a great first job for an office environment. Small wholesale company with nice, fun people to work with.
Cons
Micromanaging is very common place. Communication skills throughout the office is lacking. Major corporate infrastructure problems. Managers have a lack of leadership skills. No career path at all. No retirement plan. 6 month reviews are a joke and demeaning. Expect low salaries with not much room to grow.
