      Pros

      There are a lot of superb perks offered, plus very liberal culture

      Cons

      I am not aware of any major, just need to be efficient and delivery on time, before deadlines.

      Good pay, free car park, that's about it ...

      Cons

      There seemed to be an ugly cloud during the last six years - once upon a time the company had the opportunity to be a global player and shares were a healthy 935. Now today it has been an absolute mess. Poor PR stunt over a loss contract for the passport account, Venezuela still have not paid due to poor account procedures and the company is in a dwindling 200 per share - what happened to the company's future strategy? Too many short term quick fixes will not help - all senior managers take note because they have been asleep on the wheel!
