Rubbish company, rubbish job

Pros

There is one good thing about this company, which is flexible working. There are only two days a week where people are supposed to work in the office, but a lot of people also seem to work from home more.

Cons

The details for this company are wrong. Raymond Pugh is not the CEO. The company is owned by Staffline. The wages are poor and there is no chance they will get better. You're not going to go anywhere working here that's for sure. Fine if you have no ambition and are happy to just do the same thing all the time. Most people here are unhappy and complain to each other a lot. I think they stay because they can work from home often. Directors clearly don't care about the staff and hardly ever speak to anyone on the rare times they come to the office. If you want a career, look elsewhere.

Pros

Nice office, generally a good atmosphere, lots of events on

Was subject to a manager which is known to bully, and forced out the job.

Pros

Datum RPO is such an exciting company to work for! The management team are all well experienced, employees are friendly, and judging by the recent and projected growth, career development opportunities are a given.

Cons

Work loads fluctuate massively, would be nicer if processes were put in place to equalise the ramp-ups and quieter periods.
