Pros

1.Flexible working hour (9-6/9:30-6:30/10-7) 2.Overtime payment (upon managers’ approval for more than 1 hour OT application) 3.Sales team-the best retirement job in the world. No need to develop new client and sales deck can be handle by other team. 4. 24/7 self-HR service. Chance to handle different admin work that you could not learn in other companies. For example, self-instructed AL/SL application, self-development of several necessary work accounts (but you have to figure out the list of platforms yourself before applying) and sometimes you have to be the receptionist

Cons

1. The management try to pretend but not actually listening to their employees about their work conditions and what can be done to improve with concrete solutions 2. More-than-terrible HR/admin: No first day training provided while there are lots of complicated, silly and unnecessary internal systems (Please find them out by yourself or look for your colleague’s help if you befriend with them on the first day), no explanation on the company policy (except for the new regulations that you have to get your manager approval before you work overtime), no local IT support, poor network, sometimes there’s even no water in the office so you have to buy water yourself (and coffee? Don’t even think about it). 3. No trust in the employees they hire: New rules to monitor their staff when working from home and suspecting the WFH policy would deteriorate productivity without a proof

Pros

- 2 days WFH per week - A dynamic environment with ever-changing policies - No worries about developing a side hustle, they would fully support you. - Diversity, equity and inclusion: everyone has the chance to take on your manager's responsibilities. - If you are good at being a flatterer, this is the place where you belong to. - Opportunities to explore other teams' duties, but please take them up asap.

Cons

- Clear instructions as provided by your primary school teacher for how to mark your WFH schedule and reminders about washing your mugs, but not for how to use internal systems. - No music in the office, unless they are from the top management. - Frequent, reassuring meetings to promote the healthy growth of the company while people around you are asked not to come tomorrow suddenly. - Complicated workplace affairs from management to junior posts.

Good, bad or sarcastic, we take all comments on board! So thank you for sharing your point of view, even if it is acrimonious. The way you describe things can't be the truth, but on the other hand, it's bound to be based on something, at least your own feelings. Your remark will help us improve our organization and we will pass them on to the local leadership team to improve our way of working. Thank you again for your contribution. Datawords

Pros

- An absolutely silent working environment is provided for focused work, despite the company consistently emphasizing a modern and open working environment in its description. Music or noise is prohibited. A super quiet workspace can be enjoyed by the general public. In personal rooms, like those owned by the human resources team, individual music can be played. - Abundant opportunities exist to explore different administrative and human resources duties. Chances are given to familiarize oneself with duties like receptionist tasks and managing business with couriers. Becoming knowledgeable in various, ambiguous human resources procedures is possible as the human resources executive remains consistently occupied with their own meetings, potentially leading to their room being closed. - Teams foster a wonderful spirit, allowing individuals to cultivate different friendships here. Even while in different teams, arranging a special room to sit closely with others is possible. - Good benefits include the option to work from home with careful monitoring via a simple recording system. Being proactive in filling out a simple Google form to record work from home is necessary. However, being cautious about the dates and reminding HR staff to create a new sheet for each new week is crucial. Otherwise, incorrect information may lead to suspicion, potentially affecting your rights to work from home. - Micromanagement, such as reminders to tidy up desks and cups, is common here. However, individuals savvy enough can always find space to develop their side business. - An excellent overtime system is in place. Client needs take priority, and overtime is compensated. However, approval is required for each hour of overtime worked. This system encourages a mindset where one should reconsider working before doing so. To avoid the cumbersome application process, tasks can be postponed to the following day.

Cons

- There's a noticeable shift in almost every team towards emphasizing sales activities and business development, potentially conflicting with the career progression of professionals aiming for production roles. Flexibility in roles becomes essential, as the assigned salesperson may not be fluent in your language, such as a non-native speaker. This necessitates acting as translators, producers of sales decks, presenters, and conducting meetings at various stages. Failing to do so could jeopardize the sales team's ability to secure projects. Although the company's team spirit is positive, encouraging people to lend assistance, it also acts as a limiting factor for the sales team's growth. - HR policies undergo frequent changes without accompanying explanations. The company employs junior human resource staff, resulting in a lack of senior-level experience. This situation forces junior HR staff to work closely with financial executives on other matters, resulting in minimal support for routine procedures like onboarding training, welcoming new team members, conducting exit interviews, explaining HR procedures, or even verifying basic contract terms. Errors in contract details such as notice periods are unforeseeable under these circumstances.

We strive to promote an environment in which everyone can work and grow professionally. This also means setting operating rules that unfortunately do not suit everyone. We note your concerns and will pass on your views to our local management team. Datawords
