      1. Good work-life balance 2. Seniors are great. Even CTO is directly approachable here. 3. Free food (lunch + evening snacks + early dinner) 4. Great learning opportunity for freshers.

      Cons

      1. Very small-sized company. 2. Young people will have trouble making friends here as most of the employees are 35+ years of age.
