      Pros

      fun environment with great pay. if you're consistently working hard and do well you seem to get more leniency. great benefits and now there's opportunity for growth.

      Cons

      product is hard to learn and there are periodic company changeups. every other Saas company reviews say the same thing though. space moves fast so makes sense

      Decent pay for a BDR position. If you are good, potential to make some decent commission

      Cons

      Yikes on the management. Would not recommend unless you don't care about a toxic environment, bullying, and unprofessional behavior. Continue rewarding the "leader" everyone files HR cases against for valid reasoning. Micro-managing with an inexperienced leader who is unsure how to do their own job let alone run a team (now teams) properly.
