Project timelines are agreed without the scope of work being defined, so every teams projects are late. Expect to regularly work nights and weekends, or on-holiday (I am not joking).. you will not be paid extra for overtime, and nobody will thank you for delivering a 3 month project in 6 weeks.
On-top of this poor work life balance, DataDial offers little room for personal progression - if you want to go on a training course, you must pay for it yourself and attempt to book holiday to attend.
Computers / software in the office are dated, I ended up buying my own software and computer.

The company has a huge weakness where it's trade secrets are locked in a few key staff, whom if were to leave - the company would sink. These staff know and take advantage of their position.
