Contract stats flexible working hours but you’ll be made to feel you are wrong for asking. Pay seems to be hit and miss every months for an actual pay date. If you have direct debits this will mean you will pay the charges. MD thinks it’s ok to use your salary as leverage if you are late with your deadlines. There are NO company perks and you’ll sit in a dated office with old hardware in silence all day. Work drinks do happen twice a year but be expected to buy your own drinks. Clientele is low budget and management is holding the company back from getting high budget brands on board. Lack of communication around the office between team menebers meaning you are expected to deliver the day they tell you. You MIGHT receive the companies commission scheme if you’ve been there a few years, but this will be instead of a payrise. Staff turn over is mix and match. Older members seem to stay while young ambitious staff members leave pretty quickly. You’ll be told not to waste coffee while they do not even offer water unless it’s from the kitchen tap. And expect to be receiving emails from the MD at 11pm on a Sunday night.

Not a great team to work for. Did not enjoy my experience here and I was nearly here for over two years . Not many people in the office, very bad pay. There PR team was all Asian. They had a high turnover as everyone was leaving and no one wanted to be there. Shocked they didn’t have Apple Macs, very budget office. No real benefits, no real team, boring office I don’t recommend. Pays in cheques, also restricts payment if tasks haven’t been done on time.
