Pros
Very flexible work that you can do from anywhere. Good for high skilled individuals, it pays quite well. Diverse range of projects to work on.
Cons
It's often not really realistic to be able to keep doing the high skill work. Instructions can feel contradictory and poorly explained. Sometimes mistakes that you make mean that you end up not getting compensated. It's often not clear what level of work is considered acceptable to stay on the platform. The bar for your work is getting higher as the models improve - doesn't feel sustainable.
