      Good individual learning opportunities. Competitive pay according to market. Completely remote with good benefits.

      Biased Management, only values those who set more meetings with the leadership and have direct visibility. Toxic seniors(not all), discuss everything with leadership to get the decisions off-loaded from them, take the credit if it works well and deviate from ownership if anything goes south.
