Not enough people in the office and sadly sold to Epicor

No real onboarding process Inflexible development process that doesn't respect developers Required to track time for every minute of the day Management petty, for instance I was mentioned to in a 1 to 1 that I wasn't paying attention in a meeting because I said, "Sorry I didn't hear that, could you say it again, please?". During meetings it's often incredibly quiet and people rarely speak up, I'm guessing it's because any suggestions would be ignored. I've worked at many companies, and I've never before had a job where I would wake up on a Monday and dread going to work.
