      Pros

      HR/Corp encourages the writing of fake positive reviews on sites like this. An obvious example is the one posted on 6/25. "The PTO is the best I have ever had, and we also get bonus days off when there isn't a national holiday that month!" The statement about PTO is ridiculous. You receive ten days a year and they are almost impossible to use on Fridays or Mondays due to the limited number of people allowed off on any particular day. The bonus days off comment is a flat out lie. If anything we lose days off every month due to mandatory overtime.

      Cons

      The continual delusion of everyone in HR and management that this is a decent company to work for.

      Pros

      Employees in production are the best. Dedicated to the work they do for our Veterans. I am proud of the work I do, not of the company.

      Cons

      Supervisors in production are working under conditions that are unrealistic thus, they can't be at their best. The executives and corporate managers clearly don't care about their employees. Human Resources doesn't respond and seems inept to make any positive changes. Who can employees turn to? Things could be, should be, and need to be better. It doesn't have to be this way. It wasn't this way with our old managers, with our former HR department, with our previous owner. Very sad.

      Pros

      The pay is about average for this area, you get full benefits including medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, etc. Flexibility on taking breaks when you like and most overtime is worked during the week if necessary. Sundays are always off.

      Cons

      Too much overtime with very little notice. No raises based on time worked, in fact there have been several pay cuts since I started. The management often treats employees like little kids, consistently repeating the same things over and over in a belittling tone.
