      The salary was good before salary cuts.

      Cons

      No career progression. No training. Company does not pay for over time but demants that you will stay for a few hours more.

      Good colleagues, easy to work with.

      Cons

      Management sucks. Micromanagement in all levels, no inhouse opportunities, strict working hours, not objective evaluation-if you like to shine you have to stay exhausting hours in the office, personal life and strengthening team actions is a joke.
