Pros
Work at all positions and learn a variety of skills - line cook, register, grill, bar, food running, etc. Great co-workers, it is a close knit community, like family. Different locations have different benefits and set backs, but each has its own character. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very fun and it rubs off on employees.
Cons
You go home smelling like hot dogs. The nature of the restaurant brings in crazy rushes at times so if you think you may be cut from a shift early, sometimes you may not get to go home when you want to.
