4 on 4 off shifts

Cons

Having to come in early in sort out vehicles and not getting paid. Having to stay late due to operational reasons. Doubling work load and getting the same paid. No one seems to know what is going on. After working for them for 9 years got told by the management if you don’t like it leave.
