This is the first company I have worked where my team lead had no idea what to do. Every day there are so many meetings but nothing actionable comes out nor anything actionable is planned. If by any chance anything gets planned it is changed by the big boss!
My immediate manager and her manager cannot do anything unless the big boss approves it. Why does the big boss who's role os to run the company wants to approve my manager's day to day task? I have no idea.
There's so much micro management that it is impossible to do anything at all and if you are able to do something and think you will be appreciated it is the exact opposite because it is labelled against you and you are pressured not to do anything by your own.
During my short stay I realised that what the leadership and the big boss says is not what is practiced.
Too much gossip and back biting. Too much false assumption and acquisition, if you don't participate in the gossips then you are the gossip :(
Not a good company culture.
