Without a doubt one of the most professional and integral firms I've worked with. Mr. Newlin takes great pride in taking care of his clients and with doing so, every individual in the firm goes above and beyond to ensure that they are doing their part. The onboarding process was painless and everyone within the firm is available to lend a helping hand. My work/life balance couldn't be better. If you're looking to join one of the top personal injury firms in Central Florida, I would start with Dan Newlin & Partners.

Cons

Personally, I don't have anything negative to say about the firm. It is true that at times the work can become overwhelming, however if you can manage your time wisely and stay on task, you should not have a problem getting the job done.

This is one of the few legal job (jobs general) where the more your work and work ethic is directly correlated with the ability to grow and do well. Further, you are helping regular people through some of the toughest times. It is a rewarding job. Also the fringe benefits are without compare!

Cons

There is not really any "cons." It is a high volume (sometimes stressful) work load. However, the harder you work, the less stressful it is. So, it is not a draw back but you are expected to work hard and achieve great outcomes for your clients.
