Pros
The overall culture and people are great there. Everyone was always friendly and welcoming. They try to ensure you’re taken care of with things from keeping the office stocked, amenities in the building, great 401K match, and healthcare.

Pros
Job stability, great first office job for those right out of university and need experience. Good on-the-job training and most people are really nice and helpful. Company paid for insurance + vacation and sick time. They're very flexible and understanding, various 8 hour shifts ranging from starting at 6AM to 9AM.
Cons
Overwhelming case load. Some attorneys are not willing to help deal with difficult clients and there is a lack of support from higher ups. Pay is on the lower end. Full work week is 37.5 hours, not 40 hours. Used to have a full hour paid lunch but switched to half hour unpaid lunch in late 2021. No professional growth opportunities.
