Pros
Great team and people. We want each other to be successful and grow positively. Flexible working situations as I'm remote. Gritty culture, willingness to push through when others might give up. An opportunity to help a company that needs to adapt, driving change is exciting as you get to build something new. Large team to lean on and help provide support when required. Plus lots of different people to learn from.
Cons
Lack of tools to achieve our full potential, but there appears to be some interest in making this change moving forward. Stuck on the old ways of doing things, needs an injection of youth across the company. Not the most inclusive company when it comes to minorities and women in leadership roles.
