During my time at DaDa the staff were always quick to respond to queries, and there HR department was excellent. I met lovely students on the platform, and had a constant supply of lessons booked. They paid on time, provided the lesson material and were very supportive. I met amazing students from ages 4 to 16.
Cons
There was a sliding scale introduced, relative to the hours you teach and the pay rate.

Very organised staff and team. Classes were very often well booked. Coursework was easy and fun.
Cons
The salary started great, with the first month being close to R15 000 SA rands, which is excellent, but by the end I was lucky if I got R3000 per month. I really don't know what happened to the salary structure and booking rates by 2022. In 2018 it was great, but by 2021 I was barely making above R2000.

Get paid a minimum rate when there is no classes
Cons
The system will allocate jobs that are already late and then fine you for being late, it isn't possible to be on time for the job as it is already past the start time when it was allocated. Support staff non existent.
